"This is a classic, full-bodied Barbera with notes of crushed blackberries and subtle hints of freshly turned earth for added depth. Its minerality shines through due to the varying exposures and soils of the vineyards. Alcoholic fermentation typically takes 20-30 days in steel tanks and is followed by daily pumping overs. The wine is then aged in stainless steel until bottling without any clarification or filtration."
