Hard boil 1 dozen eggs to your liking. Cool, peel and slice in half lengthwise.
Place the yolks in one bowl, set aside the whites.
To the yolks, add:
mayonnaise, parsley flakes, white vinegar, dijon mustard, finely minced jalapeno, onion powder
Mix well until very smooth.
Carefully fill the egg whites with the egg mixture with a spoon or a piping bag.
Optional garnish:
Very thinly sliced jalapeno on top of each egg.
